Barrel Style Labels
A selection of prime whiskies showing the distictive Signatory label. All of the whiskies are bottled at 43% and are presented in a metal tin.
Vintage Malt Whisky Range
These malts are an inexpensive range of single malts from the various whisky-producing regions of Scotland. They range from 5 to 8 years old. There is no distillery name on the label, nor an age statement. They are all leading brand single malts at an attractive price.
Cask Strength Whiskies
Most of these select whiskies are single cask bottlings and, therefore, they differ from the standard products offered by the original distiller.
Each 70cl. decanter style bottle is identified with a cask and bottle number and is presented in a cardboard box with a clear plastic window.
Unchillfiltered Collection
Some components in whisky are responsible for the whisky becoming cloudy when the whisky cools on the addition of cold water or ice. Although these components add to the complexity of the whisky's aromas and flavours, they are often removed by chilling the whisky and filtering before bottling.
An "Unchillfiltered" whisky has not had these components removed and, therefore, will go cloudy in cold conditions.

Specially selected old casks bottled at cask strength and packaged in luxury hand-crafted wooden boxes.
Single Grain Whiskies
A small selection of single grain whiskies.
Grain whiskies are mainly used as the base for blended whiskies, and are not commonly used on their own. Hence there are very few whiskies sold as "Single Grain".
