Scottish Shortbread

Established for over 25 years, Nevis Bakery is an award winning family run bakery. Standing on the shores of Loch Lihnnie under the shadow of Ben Nevis, the bakery produces a range of high quality cakes and biscuits. Over recent years, demand for their products has grown significantly.

Made to a traditional family recipe, Helen Dean started to bake shortbread to raise funds for the Huntly Pipe Band. Due to increasing demand for her product, she set up the first factory in 1975. A new purpose built factory was opened in 1992.
