Distilled in 1998, aged in refill sherry hogsheads and bottled in 2018 by Gordon and MacPhail as part of their Distillery Labels series.
Nose: Baked apple and salted caramel, with driftwood and anise developing in the background.
Palate: Bitter orange and lime, followed by blackberry jam, rye bread and clove.
Finish: Nutmeg, a touch of earthy peat, stewed summer berries.
