Distilled in 2007, this whisky has spent over a decade maturing in a bourbon hogshead before being finish in a Pedro Ximenez hogshead.
One of 265 bottles, bottled on the 14th October 2020 at 56.3% alc/vol
Nose: Toffee, malt, spices and oak
Palate: Oak and the trifecta of orchard, citrus and tropical fruits
Finish: Coconut and oak.
