Selected, matured and bottled by Gordon and MacPhail for their "Connoisseurs Choice" series

Distilled in 2005, matured in refill Bourbon barrels and bottled in 2016 with no added colour and non-chill filtered.

Notes from the bottle:
The whisky has delicate vanilla aromas which mingle with elderflower and toasted malt. The palate is peppery with ripe banana, apple and pear flavours, complemented by zesty orange and hints of oak.
