Distilled in Fiji at the South Pacific Distillery in December 2004, matured in an oak cask (#13) for 13 years and bottled in April 2018.
This is one of 72 bottles, bottled with no added colour and non-chill filtered at 46% alc/vol.
Tasting notes from the bottle:
Nose: Herbal, forest fruits, candy canes, pear drops and icing sugar.
Taste: Mixed herbs, red wine gums, hint of cayenne pepper and chocolate covered honeycomb.
Finish: Short and mellow with a hint of spice.
