A single malt Scotch whisky from one cask. Distilled in February 1996 and bottled in December 2014 with no chill filtering and no added colour.

Nose: Butter shortbread with crème brulee and apples.
Palate: Creamy with marzipan, dark chocolate and vanilla custard.
Finish: Long and drying with a slight chocolate aftertaste
Bottled at 50% ABV.
