Matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned American and European oak casks.

Notes from the bottle:

Colour: Burnished gold.

Nose: Lemon citrus, orange peel with an interlacing sweetness of vanilla and dark chocolate.

Palate: Citrus and boiled sweets with hints of ginger and cinnamon giving way to toasted apples.

Finish: Medium sweet, malty and slightly dry.

Bottled at 40.0% alc/vol. at natural colour
