This award winning, hand-crafted, batch rum contains a unique blend of fresh and dried aromatic spices, which includes Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries and Thai green peppercorns.

Distiller's Tasting notes:
Nose: Intense aromatics of fresh green spice notes balanced by rich sweetness.
Palate: Rich and rounded with yuletide spices and molasses.
Finish: Long lingering finish of pepper and cinder toffee.
