Product Description

From an undisclosed Islay distillery, this "Rare Cask" Single Malt Scotch Whisky was selected, matured and bottled by Hannah Whisky Merchants for their "Lady of the Glen" series.

Distilled on 16th August 2009 and bottled on 7th January 2020 at a natural cask strength of 57.9% ABV. with no added colour and non-chill filtered.

Matured in a Bourbon cask for 10 years, fifty litres were then taken and finished in a small ex- Pedro Ximenez octave.
