Cold pressed rapeseed oil with apple vinegar and walnuts.

Ingredients: Apple vinegar 38% (Apples, Malt Vinegar, Sugar, Water), Cold pressed rapeseed oil 35%, Apple juice 15%, Dijon Mustard (water, mustard seed, spirit vinegar, salt), Walnut oil 3%, Walnuts 2%, Salt, Cinnamon, Pepper.

Allergens: Barley, Mustard, Walnuts.I love this dressing for when friends come to visit and I use it with sticky pork belly served with salty crackling. The apple adds a little acidity while the warm cinnamon brings a hit of Christmas and the walnuts add an extra layer of texture. It's also great served with a warm goats' cheese and crispy pancetta pork cheek bonbon - definitely one of my favourites!
