Allergens: Barley, Mustard, Walnuts.I love this dressing for when friends come to visit and I use it with sticky pork belly served with salty crackling. The apple adds a little acidity while the warm cinnamon brings a hit of Christmas and the walnuts add an extra layer of texture. It's also great served with a warm goats' cheese and crispy pancetta pork cheek bonbon - definitely one of my favourites!
