A small batch traditional Barbados rum made by blending spirit from copper column and pot stills.
A single cask rum aged for 5 years in a heavy char American oak Bourbon barrel.

Tasting notes:

Soft and balanced, with hints of vanilla, toasted caramel, honey and Bourbon aged wood with a warm finish

Bottled at 46% alc/vol. with no added sugar, flavour or artificial colouring
