Final maturation in Amontillado sherry butts.
Notes from the bottle:
Distilled on the 10th November 2006, this whisky spent the first 9 years of its life in traditional Scotch whisky casks. On the 12th November 2015, it was transferred to Amontillado Sherry Butts. Rich but balanced flavours of dark chocolate, dried fruits and espresso are the prelude to a pleasantly oily and nutty finish.
Bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered at 46.0% alc/vol.
